This really simple exercise increases the power of your guiding voice over time. What is your guiding voice? It’s that voice that puts thoughts in your head about something you need to do or know. For example, you are just about to run out the house and drive to work, when a voice reminds you to check for your wallet. A sudden voice that reminds you to do something, like turn down the heat, or call a friend.
To get this “voice” working actively for you say “thank you”, every time the voice alerts you to something you needed to do. You can say it out loud…that’s the best, but if you’re shy, a mental thank you will do the work.
Like all self growth exercises the idea is to increase your awareness of this voice. The more you recognize the more intuitive you will become the more in tune you will be to your inner guide.
