My Top Five Inspirational Books From 2010

The five books listed below and my top picks out of all the books I read this year. That doesn’t mean they were released in 2010, just that 2010 is when I read them for the first time. Since I ready 2-4 books a month, finding five outstanding books really means they are exceptional. I guarantee that if you read only these 5 books in 2011 you will be inspired, moved, transformed, and motivated at a whole new level.

The Titles of the books, except for the Passion Test, do not reflect the depth of the stories they cover. For instance “That Summer in Sicily” is not about a romance in the traditional sense, yet it is, on a much deeper level that you might expect, written with some of the very best prose in the English language.

The Art of Racing in the Rain, told from a dog’s perspective is only superficially about Auto Racing, and the story is compelling beyond belief.

These two books are for people who are not afraid to feel all the emotions of life.

If you haven’t read them yet put them on your New Year’s List of Books to Read in 2011, you must have one of those, surely?

That Summer in Sicily: A Love Story by Marlena De Blasi

The Art of Racing in the Rain: A Novel by Garth Stein

The Passion Test: The Effortless Path to Discovering Your Life Purpose by Chris and Janet Attwood

Life of Pi by Yann_Martel”>Yann Martel

Zero Limits: The Secret Hawaiian System for Wealth, Health, Peace, and More by Joe Vitale

Have an Awesome Year 2011
