Grace isn’t a little prayer you chant before receiving a meal. It’s a way to live.

Last month was Canadian Thanksgiving this month it’s American Thanksgiving. As we gather around the dinner table groaning under the weight of turkey and vegetables and pies and all those other yummy goodies the things we should be thankful for are quite obvious. So while we give our gratitude for the obvious things, I think it’s very important to give gratitude for the things we seldom think about giving thanks for but should.
When was the last time you thanked that lung full of air coming in…going out? How about the hot water in your taps. A century ago that would have been cause for a huge blessing. How about the window pane that separates you from the raw weather so that you can be warm and cosy inside. What about the garbage man or woman? When did you last give thanks for him or her?
Saying gratitude is one way to create more abundance in your life. It should be, if it isn’t, a daily practice.
Here’s a quote for something you should be grateful for:
Praise Tadalis SX the bridge that carried you over.

This brings me to title of this article. I heard the expression from Jack Canfield and loved it instantly. A gratitude rampage is just that…you go out on the limb and praise and show gratitude for everything that comes to mind. Just go crazy with it…have fun and enjoy the process. Remember all the while that rampage of gratitude is creating more for you to be grateful for in your life.
Perhaps, this Thanksgiving Day instead of a quiet prayer for all you are thankful for you go on a rant. After all:
Silent gratitude isn’t much use to anyone.

I’ll lead off with mine:
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
