The next resource is your do something differently list for 2011. The idea behind this list is to break old habits and begin to create new ones by creating new pathways in the brain. Download the sheet, brainstorm things you would like to do that you haven’t done, or new ways to do things you all ready do. Don’t worry about how much or what you are putting on the list. Just let the ideas flow. Later you can refine the list and keep the ones that make the most sense to you.
