The Ten Ten Exercise: Use this form for 30 days. Each morning write out ten things you are grateful for and ten things you want to attract into your life. Do this for 30 days. Keep the sheets and track your results. After 30 days use your journal or continue to use the form. I keep the list in my journal now.
