Deep Relaxation Meditaion: Thursday Guided Meditation # 9
This is a beautiful meditation, though it isn’t really guided. I’m having a hard time finding just the right guided meditations for you so I will probably start doing my own next week. In the meantime Kamagra Gold since you don’t have a guide during the actual video follow my instructions then turn the video on.
1. Listen to this video with stereo headphones the effect is much better if you do so.
2. Find a place where you will not be disturbed.
3. Sit in a comfortable position. You will need to maintain this for ten minutes. If you can do the lotus position comfortably then by all means do so but a nice comfortable chair is perfect. I use my office swivel chair…it’s very comfortable.
4. I like to sit with my feet flat on the floor for grounding but sitting with your ankles cross is also good.
5. Sit up very straight. This is important. You must keep the hollow tube that runs from the bottom of your spine to the top of your head, wide open.
6. Once you are seated comfortably with your head up, close your eyes and begin to breath in slowly feeling your lungs expand. Hold the breath for 2 or 3 seconds and exhale slowly through your month.
7. Continue the deep breathing until you find yourself beginning to “float” at which time you can relax your breathing and just float…letting go or everything. Continue in this manner to the end of the video. Take another very deep breath in , exhale through your mouth and then slowly open you eyes.
Now enjoy this very beautiful meditation.
I would love to hear your feed back on how you did. Do you have any questions? How did it feel. Pop your comments in the comment section just below.
Enjoy this very special Thursday.
