Since self esteem in relationships was the topic of my last post, here is the perfect follow-up to that, a guided meditation on self-esteem.

The reason I share these meditations is to encourage you to begin the process of meditation. To create a new habit of sitting quietly somewhere peaceful and learning to quiet your mind. What will follow from starting this practice and expanding it as you become use to the process is the opening of a doorway into a world of magic.

From my own experience I found guided meditations the easiest place to start. You have a guide to tell you what to do each step.

To create a new habit you need to come back to this meditation, or others like it each and everyday for a week for at least four weeks.

You can start a new meditation each week until you feel very comfortable with the process.

My hope is that you commit to the process as a primary self-growth tool.

As with any meditation, find a quiet place where you will be free from interruptions. Sit up straight in a comfortable chair put on a headset (it helps muffle distracting sounds and pipes the voice of your guide directly into your head) relax and follow the commands of your guide.

Meditation Quote

Let Life bring you itself. Welcome it. At each instant, it is new, full–untouched and undiminished by any moment before it.
