RELAX! Thursday Guided Meditation # 3

I am a little late getting this video up for you. But here is a wonderful quided meditation for you to use all week long. One of the most important reasons for meditating is the benefit to your health. Relaxing and getting rid of the stress of everyday life will enhance your quality of life. I will me talking about this a little more in my next video on meditation. For this meditation. Sit in a comfortable chair that allows you to sit with your back straight. Forget the video images, just close your eyes and listen. I dare you to tell me you did not relax.
Repeat this at least once a day for the next week.
