First Empty Your Tank

“Like this gas tank, you are overflowing with preconceptions, full of useless knowledge. You hold many facts and opinions, yet know little of yourself. Before you can learn, you’ll have to first empty your tank.”

Empty Your Tank

To get gas into a car, you just drive into a gas station, swipe your card and sick the hose into the gas tank and pump.

Pretty easy right?

You pay the bill and drive off and think as little of the process as you do brushing your teeth, It’s automatic.

Have you ever decided you wanted a refund on that tank of gas, pulled back into the gas station and pumped the gas out
and received your money back?

No.

Filling up is easy.

Emptying is difficult.

That’s not to say that you can’t empty your tank, but instead of the almost unconscious effort to fill up, you actually have to think consciously of a way to empty the tank.

Siphoning is the obvious solution.

But you will need some hose. If you are concerned about the environment you need to find something to siphon the gas into, and you need something to start the siphoning process. I know you have seen the movies where some manly man, sucks the gas up the tube and spits the gas that gets into his mouth…but do you really want to do that?

As you can see a lot of conscious thought has to go into emptying, while filling up is easy.

When we moved into this house about 14 years ago, you could rattle around in it without bumping into anything. We didn’t have enough furniture or bookcases or chairs, or tables or tablecloths.

I can assure today there is no more space for anything…well maybe a bookcase or two.

The physical universe exists to fill empty space…and we get sucked (excuse me) right into doing the same.

What happens then…we have no space to find ourselves, we are hidden by our stuff. Without our stuff, we would need to face ourselves.

Look at the photo above…imagine standing alone in that field…imagine breathing in the fresh country air your eyes out on the vista of distant trees.

Who do you sense there?

You.

This weekend go out and stand in the emptiest space you can find and locate yourself.

Then back home start the process by giving away one thing you have not used in six month.

Give it to someone who needs it more than you.

As the stuff goes, you will find your mind emptying also.

Only conscious effort will work.

Why would you want to empty your mind?

So you can find you. You are the source…they joy…the inspiration…the light…of your own life.

By being uncluttered you live closer to the magic, closer to the mystery.

In Kamagra Soft the mystery you will find all the joy of the universe and beyond.

Underneath all that accumulation is a star…let it shine.

Have a very bright weekend.

With Love

Nick.
