This morning I was playing around with my goals and took out some of those lined index file cards, the old fashioned ones made of paper. You know the ones?

I wanted to put my goals on flash cards so that I could review them quickly each morning. As I wrote out my first goal, I thought it would be a good idea to include on the card a matching affirmation.

While I worked on the affirmation I started visualizing the goal. I thought,
why not write the visualization on the back of the card?

Now each morning when I spend that 15 minutes thinking about my goals, I can read the goal and the affirmation, then flip over the card, read my visualization, then close my eyes and picture me in the visualization living my goal.

    It’s really simple to do.

You can add a card to your goals anytime.

And you have everything you need to really delve into your goal.

Plus, one really neat benefit in this high tech times, you can easily carry them with you, and you don’t need a high speed internet connection.

    Imagine that.

  1. What a great idea–and a wonderful way to integrate your affirmations with the objectives to which they’ll undoubtedly lead. Thanks for the tip.

  2. Hi Lisa,

Thanks for visiting. I have been using this for just awhile but it makes a lot of sense. This way every morning I read my goal, read my affirmation, then visualize the goal. And it’s easy to add a new goal, Just fill out another index card.

    Best
