Anger Fear Awareness

Let us not look back in anger
nor forward with fear
but around us in awareness.

We’ve all done this; I know I have, though I like to believe I am now beyond this: We hold onto the anger and hurts of the past. People tell me all the time about a family member or a friend who betrayed them who they will never talk to again. People scrunch up their hands and faces as they explain their troubles from the past.

“I will never forgive.”

“I will never forget.”

These are words I hear way too often. All their energy is taken up by this venom. More than that, they use up their today’s and tomorrow’s with this burning fire inside.

When you hold onto something like this you also look forward in Cialis Jelly fear, because you expect things like this to happen again. (Your expectation is what you attract.)Now a finger of bitterness can be held out in accusation.

“See I told you!”

The prophecy is self fulfilling, because you make it so.

I am sure you know of people like this. My heart aches for them.

Even a small thing held back in the pass can hang you up in the present.

How do you learn to let go?

Awareness.

But first you must come to a desire for change. Unfortunately, some simply cannot imagine their life anymore without that pain, like an old familiar friend. Again, unfortunately, sometimes people have to hit rock bottom before that desire for change can manifest. Sometimes some external event will jolt them to the realization that something must be done. Until that catalysis arrives we are often powerless to help.

All we can do in response is be there and wait calmly.

Once change is desired, then there is a path.
I have summarized the actions that can help us start the healing in our hearts, or in the heart of someone we love and wish to see do well. If you keep these steps clearly in your mind and follow them you will find the path.

Talk (about the situation)
Read (Inspirational self help books)
Write (Journal about your feelings)
Listen(Listen to Motivational tapes and lectures)
Meditate(spend some time each day in contemplation)
and
Consistent Practice.(Set up a daily routine of the above)

The first step is to talk to someone, a friend, a coach,
a mentor. If you know someone caught in this dilemma
help them with quiet encouragement and by example, that life can be better.
Communication is good, but action is better.
Recognition for the need to change something in your life demands that you do something, anything to begin the process to self awareness.
Am I there yet? Not by a long stretch. I am on the path, however. For me, that is enough.
Join me on the path because with love we can travel all the paths to enlightenment.

Walk In Quiet Places
