Dutch, 1626-1679There’s a lesson, at least one, in each experience we go through. We don’t know what we’re learning when we are leaning it; that’s not how these lessons work. They’re lessons for the heart and soul. They need to gradually work their way into the light. When we look back we see that each moment was only that–a moment in space and time.

by Melody Beattie
Quite often when we hit the rough spots, we wonder what we did to get here, why we deserve to suffer through this pain, why attack our virtue and not some one else?
Through the pain, remorse, the tears and sorrow we loose sight of the bigger canvas, that of our life as a whole unit seen from space and frozen in time.
We fail to see the lesson, do not even want to think that there is a lesson.
Yet, years later the lesson is there, a mighty boon seen in retrospect, pain and suffering removed, and the healing complete.
In all things, this too shall pass.
This weekend find peace in quiet places and rest the soul with joy and love.
Nick

I’m paraphrasing here…we shrink from the misery, but we love its causes. Another wonderful post, Nick. Peace and joy…Dale

Hi Ray,
I am honored that you visited here. I spent sometime at your site. I was really impressed with your affirmations and the way you can download them to a m3p that is an awesome idea. Got my wheels turning I tell you.
I also thank you for your words they mean a lot as I am sure you know. Isn’t it wonderful when you can do the things you love and be on purpose!
Walk in Quiet places.
