Segment Intending from Law of Attraction

I just came across “Segment Intending” today. I thought, “what the heck is that?” But I read on and became really excited about it. I’ll let Abraham explain it to you then I want to tell you how I used it today.
“…the point of this Segment Intending essay is to help you understand the value of stopping many times during your day to identify what it is you want most so that you may add emphasis, and therefore power unto that.”

Essentially you break your day into segments then focus what you intend to do in that segment. As an example, when I went to bed last night for my sleep segment, I said I want to have a deep and restful sleep that night. When I woke up this morning at 8 a.m.,(I never sleep that late) I felt refreshed and ready for the day. So I looked at my next segment, breakfast. I decided I would have a leisurely breakfast, enjoy my fresh made coffee, and clean the kitchen before I left the house. Then my next segment, driving the dog for his walk I wanted to have a lovely, smooth drive out to our walk. For my walk, I wanted to be able to come fully into the present and just enjoy the walk with out all the “noise” in my head.
When I started the walk I could hardly breath through my nose because of allergies, so one of my desires on the walk was to be able to breath deeply and easily. Half way through the walk I was doing just that.

Here’s Abraham again,
“Technically, all of your creative power is in this moment. But you are projecting it not only into this moment, but also into the future that exists for you….the more you are willing to stop and identify what you want in this segment, then the greater, clearer and more magnificent your future path will be.”

As I worked with this today I experience some amazing improvements in concentration. I completed my tasks quickly and with out distraction. I even had time to have afternoon tea with my neighbor.
I tend to jump into things feet first, especially when I find something that really clicks Brand Cialis with me. And this does, but you can start out small.
Take one segment of your life today. Stop and think about what you would like to accomplish in that segment, say it out loud or to yourself, then do that segment.
Let me know how it worked for you.
Of course , for it to become a habit you need to do it for 21 days in a row.

This are really nice Abraham technique. What I see here is just a universal Law of Attraction that states, we draw to us those people, events and circumstances that match our inner state of being. In other words, we attract experiences that are consistent with our beliefs. Isn’t it true..!
