Look at a stone cutter hammering away at his rock, perhaps a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Yet at the hundred-and-first blow it will split in two, and I know it was not the last blow that did it, but all that had gone before.

This is a good one for contemplation. Think of a task you have been successful at. Look at the steps it took you to get there. Now think about something you gave up on. What made you stop when your very next step might have been the one to break the stone.
Now think about your current goal. How many more steps till your acheive it? Only stopping before victory is a waste of effort. Keep going. The mountain is high but you’re almost there.
Find the sunshine today, where every you can and use it to light up some one else’s day.
