The “Inside-Out” approach to personal and self; even more fundamentally, to start with the most inside part of self - with your paradigms, you’re character, and your motives. The inside-out approach says that private victories precede public victories, that making and keeping promises to ourselves precedes making and keeping promises to others. It says it is futile to put personality ahead of character, to try to improve relationships with others before improving ourselves.

I’ve talked about getting what’s inside—out. Here Stephen Covey suggests that all the change, motivations, successes start within first, before they show without. If you have been reading and working to change or grow and to develop in a certain direction, understand that you may not see outward changes right away but have confidence that they are happening, and keep on working on the inside and sooner or later those accomplishments will be rewarded on the outside.
Have a beautiful summer morning.
